My name is Morgan Rought, and I am a Program Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NEPA. I function inside Bradford County and some of Sullivan County. I have worked in some form or capacity of childcare my entire life. I enjoy having a hand in their development and growth, at all ages. I chose this career to be able to expand my skills and have more impact in our community. This job has been extremely rewarding for me since the beginning. I truly love seeing the success stories/matches we create while helping children with support in different aspects. I am very excited to continue furthering my career with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Outside of BBBS, I am a mother of two awesome boys, a 6-year-old, and an 11-year-old. They are my motivation and biggest supporters. Everything I do revolves around them and ways to create memories. We enjoy the outdoors including fishing, dirt-biking/four-wheeling, chasing sunsets, swimming, and spending time with family. Our bucket list includes more traveling with new experiences.
